How are you protecting your skin this summer?
We are very happy to report that more than half of respondents answered "SPF Protection. Always and Forever." Another 40% reported they wear SPF protection "most of the time."

Most of you know by now that sun exposure is the one thing that is most likely to prematurely age our skin. There are many factors to consider, but sun exposure is the main one. While the summer days are long and full of fun, there's no reason to stay cooped up inside just to protect yourself. Everything in moderation is best. But when you are playing outdoors, be sure to protect yourself with an SPF of 30 or higher. An SPF of 50 or higher on your face and decolletage would be ideal.
Also note the recent reports about the potential effects of some sunscreen products. Do your research. Shop wisely. And enjoy your summer.
